Thank you letters have a very big impact on the people who receive them.  Only a few  people realize how important thank you letters are.  A thank you letter can make you stand out from the other candidates competing for jobs. An effective thank you letter even can show the recipient that you have a better quality than other at least in one way. To get a job, it is necessary that you are able to write an effective thank you letter. An effective thank you letter can also build up a better relation and more career development between you and your co-worker also with others from other companies. Therefore, it is important that you write a thank you letter whenever possible such as :

  1. One day after a job interview;
  2. One day after being provided a network contact;
  3. One day after company visit;
  4. One day after being given any personal assistance;
  5. One day after being given any business assistance, etc.
